Update 5/4/24 at approx 4:15 p.m.
Emergency responders have confirmed that a two-vehicle collision occurred on Highway 95 at Meadows Drive. A grey Dodge sedan and a white Hyundai SUV were involved. Five people, including four adults and one child, have been transported to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center for treatment. Sadly, the driver of the Hyundai SUV has succumbed to their injuries. A police officer is currently collecting witness statements. This incident follows another injury accident approximately one mile south at Highway 95 and Richardo Avenue about half an hour prior, causing increased traffic congestion on Highway 95.
