Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Michael Wesley Gadjoyan, 36 of Kingman, for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon per Domestic Violence and Endangerment per Domestic Violence, both felonies. On Saturday (4/20) at approximately 2:45 PM, deputies were notified of an assault that had occurred in the area of Northfield Ave. and Tommie Dr. Deputies responded to the victim’s residence, where she advised that she had been struck by a vehicle while riding her bike at the scene of the assault. The victim alleged that while riding her bike, she heard a vehicle accelerating and saw a white SUV driven by her ex-husband. The victim alleged that the vehicle struck her back tire, causing her to fly over the handlebars of her bike and land on the ground. Deputies observed obvious injuries on the victim consistent with the allegations. Deputies then responded to the location of the assault and found evidence on scene consistent with the allegations.
Deputies located Gadjoyan and the involved vehicle at a business in the 4500 block of Patsy Dr. While examining the vehicle, deputies found evidence indicating the vehicle was involved in the assault. Deputies interviewed Gadjoyan, who gave inconsistent stories of his involvement and was ultimately arrested and transported to the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility in Kingman.
