Mohave Silent Witness has offered a reward of $1,500.00 for information leading to the arrest of Michael Edward Kelso (31 of Bullhead City), who has been identified as a suspect in a homicide that occurred in Mohave Valley on March 29, 2024. At approximately 11:55 PM, Deputies responded to a property in the 10000 block of S. Tropics Rd. Once on scene, Deputies located the victim, identified as Matthew Brant Cemper (33 of Mohave Valley), deceased on the property.
At this time, we are reaching out to the community to assist us in locating Michael Kelso. Kelso should be considered armed and dangerous.
