Bullhead City Police are investigating a fatal collision that occurred at Highway 95 and Meadows Drive. On Saturday, May 4 at about 3:20 p.m., Anthony Latrell Lee, 27, who was driving a 2021 grey Dodge Charger, was traveling southbound on Highway 95 and struck a white 2020 Hyundai Tucson SUV that was turning onto the highway from Meadows Dr.
The driver of the Hyundai Tucson – Judy Faye Keller, 78 of Bullhead City – was pronounced deceased at the scene. There were no passengers in Keller’s vehicle.
All five occupants in the Dodge Charger were transported to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center (WARMC) where they were treated and released. The driver and front seat passenger sustained serious injuries and the rear passengers reportedly sustained minor injuries from the crash.
After further investigation, police determined that Anthony Lee ran a red light at excessive speeds at the time of the accident. He also has a suspended driver’s license. Charges against Latrell will be forwarded to the Mohave County Attorney’s Office for review.
The crash remains under investigation.
